Pikarama is a free group decision-making app. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Pikarama is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We strive to maintain reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

You sign in through Google or Facebook. You're responsible for your account and anything that happens under it.

Don't share your session or let others use your account.

Please:

• Be respectful to other users
• Don't submit offensive or illegal content
• Don't try to break, exploit, or abuse the app
• Don't use automated tools to spam or scrape

Anything you submit (event names, options, group names) belongs to you. By posting it, you give us permission to display it within the app to your group members.

We won't use your content for anything else.

Pikarama is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Downtime or data loss
• Decisions made based on vote outcomes
• Any damages arising from your use of the app

We do our best, but things can break. Please don't use Pikarama for life-critical decisions.

You can stop using the app anytime. If you want your data removed, see our Data Deletion page.

We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.
